Ms. Watson is an experienced entrepreneur and business owner with over 31 years of experience in the customer service industry. Currently, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AusDanBrook Properties, Inc., a company she established in 2005. Ms. Watson is an exceptional leader and has successfully acquired, managed, and sold over $90 million of real estate-owned default acquisitions for various government bodies such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Additionally, she has provided services to prime commercial Banks, Hedge funds, and financial banking outsources, for which she has received numerous awards and recognitions for her outstanding achievements.

 

After her successful stint in the real estate industry, Ms. Watson shifted her focus towards obtaining several minority and federal certifications, including WBENC, MBE, DBE, WOSB, EDWOSB, SLBE, and an 8a Certification. With these certifications, she has secured federal contracts with the Department of Defense.
